Friendly location, well-appointed rooms with good views. Employees were happy and kept the hotel clean.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was terrible.

I had a fairly nice stay. Loved the atmosphere of this excellent city center hotel, favourable location and non-smoking rooms. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Spacious beds, flat-screen television, air conditioning and dresser were a nice touch. Tidy property and courteous service.

Our king room accommodated us perfectly. 15 mins walk to the center. Visited their restaurant Corner Market Kitchen couple of times. What's more, they had WiFi.

Comfortable bed and nice location. We stayed in the junior suite and appreciated it. Besides, there was WiFi in the hotel. Fine base for exploring San Jose.

There was no breakfast.

Came in San Jose to relax and have fun, this hotel was suitable place for doing it. Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. We enjoyed the amenities, such as a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a laptop-compatible safe and a coffee machine.

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Il Fornaio that was only 15 minutes' walk away. We would happily return, no complaints. Nice comfy base for a weekend in San Jose! Use private parking on-site if you travel by car...

Best hotel experience. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Property was placed close to such tourist sites as Omescape. Downtown San Jose district definitely deserves exploring.
